Privacy Policy

The Powers Group, LLC (“TPG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who interact with our business. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and manage personal information in connection with our websites, business operations, communications, products, and services.

  1. Scope

This policy applies to TPG-operated websites and digital experiences, including powersgroup.io and TPG-operated commerce or engagement channels, and to interactions through forms, applications, events, customer support, sales outreach, phone calls, text messages, email, training, and other online or offline business activities. A separately operated service or affiliated brand may provide additional or different privacy terms, which will be identified where applicable.

Independent lenders, payment processors, training and certification bodies, technology suppliers, telecommunications platforms, and other third parties may process information under their own privacy notices. We encourage you to review those notices when using their services.

  1. Information We Collect

Contact and business information: names, employer or organization, title, business and personal contact details, preferences, and communications.

Inquiry and engagement information: requirements, applications, intake responses, proposals, account records, support requests, project details, correspondence, and information supplied for assessments or professional services.

Transaction and program information: purchases, orders, billing details, invoices, course or program enrollment, attendance, completion, credentials or eligibility information, and related fulfillment records. Payment card details are generally handled by payment processors rather than stored by TPG.

Capital and other sensitive application information: financial, business, identity, or eligibility details may be collected when necessary for a particular requested financing or regulated service. Specific application disclosures and provider terms may also apply. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information through ordinary email or an unapproved form.

Business-development information: business contact details, public professional information, referral information, event interactions, lead and account intelligence, and information obtained from lawful commercial data sources or business partners.

Technical information: IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, referral sources, site activity, cookies, analytics and advertising identifiers, and similar usage information, depending on the tools enabled.

Communication records: call and message metadata, correspondence, preferences, consent and opt-out records, and, where used and legally permitted, call recordings, transcriptions, or quality-assurance notes. We provide notices or obtain consent when required.

Customer-managed information: When TPG provides operational, administrative, customer-support, sales-support, technology, or other services on behalf of a customer, we may access or process information contained in customer systems, accounts, communications, contact lists, CRM platforms, documents, or other resources made available for the engagement. In these situations, our use of the information is governed by the applicable engagement, customer instructions, and legal requirements.

  1. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to requests; evaluate requirements; provide, coordinate, and deliver products, services, training, programs, and transactions; administer accounts; process payments; communicate about orders or engagements; provide support; manage provider and partner relationships; perform analytics and business intelligence; conduct lawful sales and marketing; improve operations and security; maintain records; meet legal obligations; and protect our rights and customers.

We may use business contact and account information for prospect research, lead qualification, appointment setting, direct outreach, follow-up, and relationship management, subject to applicable law and communication preferences. We may use automated tools to organize, analyze, or assist with these activities, with appropriate oversight and safeguards.

We may also use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to assist with research, analysis, content development, communications support, workflow automation, service delivery, and other business operations. We apply human oversight and other controls appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the activity.

  1. Calls, Text Messages, Email, and Automated Outreach

TPG and authorized personnel or service providers may contact customers, prospects, and business contacts through telephone, email, text message, or other channels for service-related communications, requested follow-up, and, where permitted, marketing and business development.

Automated or prerecorded voice calls, artificial-voice calls, automated marketing texts, and other regulated outreach are used only when the applicable legal basis, required consent, notices, and operational controls are in place. Providing a phone number, visiting a website, or receiving this policy does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing robocalls or robotexts.

Where consent is required, we obtain it through a separate, clear affirmative mechanism and retain relevant consent records. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing a product or service unless lawfully permitted and expressly disclosed. We honor legally valid revocations and do-not-contact requests and maintain suppression records to prevent further prohibited outreach.

You may ask us to stop marketing calls or texts by replying STOP to a text when supported, telling the caller, or contacting us using the information below. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided or by contacting us. Operational or transactional communications may continue when permitted or necessary to provide a requested service.

  1. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our websites and related platforms may use cookies, pixels, analytics, and similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, performance measurement, and marketing. Some providers may collect information directly under their own policies. Browser settings and any available website preference tools may allow you to manage certain technologies.

We do not represent that every tracking tool or advertising feature described here is active at all times. Where law requires notice, choice, or consent for particular tracking or advertising practices, we will provide it through the relevant experience.

We do not treat browser “Do Not Track” signals as a universal opt-out mechanism; where legally required, we will honor applicable recognized opt-out preference signals.

  1. When We Share Information

We may share information with service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, CRM, telephony, messaging, analytics, marketing, payment processing, fulfillment, and other operations; with lenders, manufacturers, distributors, certification bodies, trainers, subcontractors, or other participating providers as necessary for a requested engagement; with professional advisers; and with government authorities or others when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

When TPG processes information on behalf of a customer, we may disclose or provide access to that information as directed or authorized by the customer, as necessary to perform the engagement, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Participating providers may act on our behalf or as independent organizations responsible for their own processing. We may also disclose information in connection with a lawful corporate transaction, restructuring, or transfer of business, subject to applicable requirements.

TPG does not sell personal information for monetary consideration as a business practice. Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may nevertheless be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws; where those laws apply, we provide the required choices. We do not provide prospect lists to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing as a routine business practice.

  1. Data Sources and Accuracy

We may obtain business contact information from referrals, public websites, professional networks, event directories, partners, and commercial business-data providers. Information may be incomplete or outdated. You may contact us to correct inaccurate information or request that we stop marketing outreach.

  1. Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information and services involved. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including delivery, contractual obligations, lawful business records, compliance, disputes, and suppression of unwanted outreach. Retention varies by record type and applicable requirements.

Where information is entrusted to a third-party platform or provider, that party may apply its own security and retention practices.

  1. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy actions regarding your information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights concerning certain data uses, targeted advertising, or disclosures. We will evaluate and respond to verified requests under applicable requirements.

To opt out of marketing, use the unsubscribe mechanism in an email, reply STOP where supported for text messages, ask a caller not to contact you, or contact us directly. A request to stop marketing does not necessarily prevent essential service, legal, or transaction-related notices.

  1. Children and Sensitive Information

Our general business websites and offerings are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate authorization. Programs involving minors, if offered, will use additional notices, permissions, and safeguards as applicable.

We request that individuals provide sensitive financial, identity, health, clearance, or other protected information only through designated, appropriate channels when necessary for a particular service. Separate notices, agreements, or legally required protections may apply.

  1. International Processing and External Services

Information may be stored or processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable requirements. Links to external websites and services are governed by those operators’ policies, not this policy.

  1. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy as our services, technology, business practices, and legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The version published through our official website governs prospectively, except where a separate notice or agreement applies.
