Purpose

The Powers Group, LLC (“TPG”) provides and integrates products, services, providers, and capabilities across multiple business areas. This disclosure provides general information about certain third-party relationships and commercial arrangements that may be relevant when customers evaluate or purchase TPG offerings.

 

Specific terms, provider information, compensation, limitations, and requirements are disclosed in the applicable offer, transaction, proposal, quote, agreement, or provider documentation when material to the customer’s decision.

 

Third-Party Providers

TPG may work with independent financial institutions, technology manufacturers and distributors, training and certification providers, service providers, subcontractors, platforms, and other third parties.

 

Third-party products and services remain subject to the applicable provider’s availability, eligibility, approval, pricing, warranties, terms, policies, and performance.

 

Compensation and Commercial Relationships

Depending on the offering, TPG may receive fees, commissions, referral compensation, reseller or distribution margin, revenue sharing, transaction-based compensation, or other compensation from customers, providers, or both.

 

The existence or structure of compensation does not change a provider’s independent eligibility, underwriting, certification, warranty, or approval requirements. Where a specific compensation relationship requires additional disclosure, TPG will provide it in the applicable transaction or engagement materials.

 

Capital and Financial Solutions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TPG is not the lender or financial institution providing a financing product. Financing and related financial products are provided by third parties and remain subject to provider underwriting, approval, rates, fees, eligibility, documentation, and terms.

 

Training and Certifications

Certain courses, training materials, examinations, certifications, credentials, or learning platforms may be provided, licensed, administered, or controlled by independent organizations. TPG participation or training does not guarantee certification, examination results, employment, reimbursement, funding eligibility, or other third-party outcomes unless expressly stated.

 

Technology and Other Products

Technology products may be sourced through manufacturers, distributors, resellers, or other providers. Product specifications, availability, warranties, licensing, support, and manufacturer terms may apply in addition to TPG commercial terms.

No Implied Endorsement

References to third-party organizations, products, certifications, platforms, or programs identify relevant commercial or delivery relationships and do not imply endorsement by a government agency, certification body, manufacturer, institution, or other third party unless expressly stated.
